Problem with Renaissance army list generator

I have the Army list generator beta 8b, which looks like the latest version (althouigh going back a few years).
The problem is that I cannot sort the 'order of march' into the sequence I want. Hovering over the order of march tab I get 'Paul Freeman: It is not necessary to enter order of march until list is finished'
Ok, so I finish the list but it remains the same and cannot be changed. The BG# column also cannot be sorted.
Does anyone know how this issue can be resolved. Perhaps my excel skills are lacking?
Perhaps there is a ne army list generator which I have failed to find on the web?

I have the same spreadsheet. To sort the Battle Groups, I number them in order of march (remembering to number all different troop types/rows in the same BG with the same number) and then highlight all the cells to be sorted (columns A-K).
I then click the sort and filter option in excel and choose sort A-Z from the drop down menu and it lists the BGs in order of march.

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my Army list generator, specifically the order of march. It seems stuck, even after finishing the list. It's frustrating! This is way harder than mastering the Slope Game. Any ideas on how to sort the order of march or the BG# column? Maybe there's a newer generator out there? My excel skills might be the culprit. Help!
