How can you decide unit factions in scenario editor?

How can you decide unit factions in scenario editor?

I'm trying to get 2 units of the same kind to fight each other but I can't figure out how exactly to decide unit factions. I know that there is a Steel Legion 2 and Orcs 2 factions in-game but I can't figure out how to assign a given unit to its "second" faction. If anyone knows how to fix this please explain how.
