Sedition from Nobility - what is it?

Recently my Authority got hit with a "Sedition from Nobility" and it's a huge -1.7, which drains my Authority and I dont know why and how to counter it. Cant find any info in guide or help. Anyone knows?

The better you do the more demanding the nobility, your Authority is over 50 so they are not happy you are doing so well.
