Can not open Legacy panel

Can not open Legacy panel

As the pictures above, ingame help have displayed some detail information about legacy panel.
But when I clicked the button in red circle, there is nothing happend and couldn't open a panel like that.

It will point to the relevant Ledger screens in the first patch. For now, they are indeed inactive.
