Possible fix for Access Violation or freezing on load (Epic)

For whoever may be interested.

This game was often freezing at certain points when I loaded, sometimes on the menu, sometimes during save game load, but always around the time the Epic overlay was initialising according to task manager. Occassionally it would give me an access violation error but more often it just froze.

So I renamed the overlay folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras

And now the game starts first time every time.
