Did not get serial key in my confirmation email

Hi,

I purchased The Operational Art of War IV when it was on 60% discount. When I got my confirmation email I didn't get a serial key. Instead it says:

"Thank you very much for your purchase of: (1) - The Operational Art of War IV - - Download Your key: ** No more licenses are available in our database"

I've tried to reach out to both Slitherine support and Matrix Games support but haven't got an answer yet. I know it's just a couple of days. Would it be possible to get help from someone on this forum?

give them a day or 2 more and see what happens, but you can always send them a question without opening another ticket, just email the support link and ask away
