There's a new terrain set for use by the Bulge DLC.
There's also the new Bulge units, heros and commanders.
And if you own the General Edition theres new decorative insignia/camo for some US planes that takes the total upto .. oh I can't remember now. Something like 380 new camo's.
There'll likely be bug fixes and new features, again added for Bulge, but I've not seen a change log.

One forest tile type for the Ardennes terrain.

Its a set put together for Northern Europe. So much more suited to the Ardennes and the Skandi countries.
