Wron turn error

Hello

I bought this game to play hot seat, although I know it's very weird here. The problem is that when I try to end the turn, a "wrong turn" error appears, which means that not only can't I end the turn, but the whole game freezes and I can't even go to the menu. What is this? :evil:
