DLC Scenarios - PBEM?

I am wondering if the scenarios in DLC's can be played multiplayer?

Are you saying that I could edit every scenario in a DLC so it could be played multiplayer? If yes, where do I get the instructions as to how to do that?
The descriptions of the DLC's are confusing in regards to multiplayer. For example, U.S. Marines indicates that it can be played by 1-4 players. Allies Victorious doesn't indicate how many players but says traditional PBEM whatever that means.
Most of them don't indicate how many players although some indicate 1 player. A lot of them say traditional PBEM.

Thank you for your replies. I clicked on the link and see a lot of scenarios dating back to 2015. For example there is a Battle of the Bulge multiplayers scenario but it makes no mention of what DLC would be needed to play it, or would this work with the base game?
The DLC I am most interested in is Allies Victorious or a simple question. If me and my friend purchase that DLC, will we be able to play all the scenarios included with the DLC multiplayer by PBEM.

If I remember correctly, you only need to purchase one DLC to get access to the editor and all official multiplayer scenarios. Maybe you also need it to play custom (multiplayer) scenarios.

Note that I am not employed by Slitherine (basically a player helping out), so this is not an official reply.
We haven't seen any posts here by Slitherine employees since the last tournament.
