No proof of physical upgrade and items not recieved/shipped yet?

Hello,

I upgraded the following games to phsyical copies about 9 days ago, and paid for it, but I have recieved no confirmation and have not received the items yet!

Decisive Campaigns: Operation Barbarossa
Flashpoint Campaigns: Southern Storm
Gary Grigsby's War in the East 2

My account name on Slitherine is ThomasAndroid.

Could you let me know what the status of the order is?
