Hardback manuals - Why only some games?

I noticed you can upgrade your purchase to a physical copy, this is awesome! I also noticed there are different "variations" of upgrade; DX, CL, HB. But it seems that only some of the games have the option for hardback (HB) - why is that? How can I procure a hardback copy of the manual for certain games that only appear to have a "CL" edition?

We only manufacture hardbacks for very large manuals, and generally only for games that we think will generate enough interest in the physical versions. Physical books, esp hardbacks, have fairly significant costs for design and minimums for orders, as well as long lead times. So it's something we do sparingly.
