Crash / Error : Renderer.cpp:922

The game start without problem then at a moment it crash:

Renderer.cpp:922:void __cdecl
proxy::video::Renderer::submitCommands(void): Failed to submit to queue.
-4 VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST.

Everything is updated

That close in same time DISCORD then i can't restart DISCORD.
I need to reboot Windows.

I reinstall already DISCORD and the game

Without success...

Any idea?
