Game failed to launch on Windows 11

Good evening, everyone.

I have recently upgraded to Windows 11, and three of my Byzantine games have stopped working (PSCAMP, FOG II and FOG II Medieval).
I will post the errors regarding the other two games in their appropriate forums, while here goes the description of what happens in FOG II Medieval: I click on Steam to run the game, the launcher appears, and when I click to actually play, the game crashes and I get two error notifications.

The first one reads:
Failed to create device for rendering. Invalid resolution, or cannot run without at least shader model 3.0
(0)
While the second one reads:
*** Unhandled Exception! ExpCode: 0x80000003 ExpFlags: 0 ExpAdress: 0x0055F31D Please report!

I'd also like to point out that I have already tried some of the fixes suggested in cases similar to mine, like manually adjusting the resolution to my native display in the OPTIONS.txt file, deleting the file, and doing a clean reinstall. It was of no avail, however.

I'm running Windows 11, my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor, my GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and my display is 2560x1440 (144Hz).

Help would be enormously appreciated, since I cherish this game quite a lot and would be absolutely disheartened by not being able to play it again.
