[Gameplay Bug][Can't move units][New]

I'm having problems with the Red Storm campaign. I started the first scenario and it it offers to use preselected forces. If I select the predefined forces, I can't deploy any additional forces and when I start the game, I can't move any of my forces. I have similar problems if I create a custom force.
