Readiness vs First Strike - who attacks first ?

Im too unskilled to mod this myself.

If two units engage in combat 1 unit with a readiness hero and 1 unit with a first strike hero, and the "first strike unit attacks, who will shoot first ?
does it depend on the unit initiative because both heros cancel each other out or is there a stronger hero mechanicwise ?
