Transport plane and train no longer allowed to use in AO 1945?

Hi developer,

I noticed that transport plane and locomotive no longer provided in AO 1945, is this a bug or the campaign no longer allow to use these vehicle ? I can't airborne any paratrooper due to lack of plane, thank.
