Request: mod to add the German Empire tricolor flag

I have tried to do this myself but I do not know what program to edit the art files. I am just looking for a simple mod that replaces the standard German flag in-game with the German Empire black, red and white tricolor flag. Is there anyone here that would be so infinitely generous and kind as to grant such a request. I would be infinitely in your debt!

but i am not sure which u want to replace.
