Friend new to the game LF opponent for BJR mod game

Hi,

I have a friend who bought the game. He is very new - has played vs AI into 1941 as Germany once. He is interested in a PBEM game using the newest version of BJR mod available. I am hoping to find him an opponent who is either:
A) not very good
or
B) new to the game also

im new to the game and would fancy a game sometime. iv only played it about 5 times as brought it a week ago.
