Random Scenario Victory Objective Question

Some of the victory objectives that one caps to win the scenario allow units to be spawned there .. once taken ya can buy a unit and place it there ... but not all of them work this way ... any way to tell beforehand which ones allow for this ...

I think it has to be a supply hex, victory or not. Those are the ones that are half-shaded. I almost never do this because I am always deploying my full core slot allotment and I almost never buy/use auxiliary units

BTW, you can also upgrade units on them during the scenario. One trick that I have used to provide artillery for my Fallschirmjägers on the Crete scenario is to fly a cheap low caliber gun to one of those supply hexes, and then upgrade it the next turn to a more powerful artillery piece with organic transport. Need to make sure you have enough slots and so forth to do that though.
