so if ya flank way around and take all the objectives around the besieged area in order to safely move the supply truck or whatever it is and to secure Teruel at end of map which is the major objective ...

if you do this suddenly enemy units appear on the map near Teruel in the areas you just capped all the enemy flags this is on the side of the river where Teruel is ... no biggy though just typed in the cheat and ended the map with a win

Takes to much time and aggravation to replay it another way and to much aggravation to deal with these auto spawn enemy units.

That spawn is just a scripted reinforcement, in real history Teruel was completely captured before the Nationalist aids came in, and I assume that's the wave that crushed the Nationalist defenders.
