Usually I get once a year a discount coupon at the end of December since 2015. Despite several emails (Help) to
support@slitherine.co.uk <support@slitherine.co.uk>; I have not received an answer. Has the program been discontinued

Have you checked your spam folder for replies? If still nothing then please send another request to support. If that doesn't work either than I can point them here (assuming they don't spot the post themselves!).

I'm going to type again what I've already told you in your previous post:
We sent the anniversary emails automatically. The issue might be, that sometimes, AT&T classify our emails as spam and block the recipients from receiving our emails. This tend to happen with domains like @att.net and @sbcglobal.net.
If that's your case, I suggest you to contact us via an alternate email address and if possible to change the email address under which your account is registered.

In your reply you seem to indicate the problem is on my end that att.net is somehow blocking email sent from Sliterine even not appearing in the spam folder
If the automatic process sends the coupon around Dec 19 would that not appear under ( home / my account / anniversary coupons ) The fact that 2022 coupon number does not appear on the list would it not indicate the problem is on your end.
Last year (2021) the same thing happened -- no coupon email , no entry under anniversary coupons- After I complained I received coupon email and the number also was added to anniversary coupon list. This would further indicate the problem is on your end that has not been corrected.
As to failure to communicate within the 30 day period after Dec 19 I have sent emails to Sliterine (Dec 28,Jan 5, Jan 13) with no response from you
As to the start date of Dec19 for the 30 day period last year (2021) coupon was dated Dec 28 indicating your willingness to adjust the start date due to error on your part.
Rather than waiting 11 months for a discount on games can you offer me any kind of discount if what happened is an error on Sliterine part

You need to click in the email with the link in order for the coupon to be generated and assigned to your account. I've already explained it to you in the PM you sent on how it works.
And the same might happen every year, if @att keeps blocking us from time to time. Nothing we can do about this. That's not correct. You have opened several tickets in December. We've replied too all your support tickets within a 24 hours period. Unfortunately, once again, @att blocked you from receiving our emails. That's the reason why I've asked you to contact us via an alternate mail.

As for you last ticket from 25th of January, my colleague, was not fully aware of your specific circumstances when he replied to you. I'll discuss with him about your issue in the next week and I'll ask him to resend the email (once again) for you to be able to redeem the coupon. That is, if @att allows you, this time, receive the email.

The above part of the prior email was not addressed in your response it also represent a solution to the problem in that if the coupon number was listed I could copy and paste the number rather than relying on a potentially blocked email to receive the coupon

The automatic process sends an email, not a coupon. Once you received the email you've to click in the link provided int the email in order to automatically generate the coupon and assign it to the account.
This how all the system was designed and it is meant to work.
A better solution would be you to create, if you don't have any, an alternate email with a different provider and let us change your registered email address in your account.
Other users who had similar issues have provided alternated emails addresses. Obviously, it's your prerogative for only having one email address and I can understand that.
But I hope you understand, that it's not our fault, nor yours to that matter, that AT&T/ Yahoo are so prone to classify legit emails as spams and prevent their users from receiving these emails.
Like I've told you, I'll talk with my colleague and we will send you a new email with a new link. By the way we already have done this once (besides the automatic one) during December, when you opened two or three tickets regarding this issue.
