Someone has been reusing Close Combat objects there.
I don't know the latest games of this series, but the pathfinding and sluggish unit movement was quite bothersome.
Looks like someone made the moving quite smooth in this game.

It makes me think that I had tested an OoB WW2 Close Combat Mod some time ago by changing the characteristics of the terrain and scenery providing more coverage to units, it seemed interesting but it remained in alpha version :(

Isn't this a video for Enlisted, a first-person shooter game? If so, it does a poor job of publicizing it. The video is mostly maps while the action in the game is as close as this:

It's funny; I have said this before but first-person shooter games are anathema to me. Just my personal opinion, no judgment intended. It's just that I prefer my warfare at arms-length. :)
