hmmm when I try to connect to MP, it says connection to server timed out.

I used to, but that was years ago when the game first came out. Haven't tried since reinstalling recently.

I did register, I needed to do that to download. I linked it to my steam. Would it help if I install on steam and play from there?

The ingame chat is really only usable for short messages.

yeah, I saw the warning. Strange bug. But I won't use it much Got about 45m now then gtg out for dinner.

@anyone reading this thread: the issue was (probably?) fixed long ago, so don't have the wrong impression that this mod is still suffering from the issue that was posted here. Instead the mod is suffering from all-new and never-seen-before issues since the last post.

But seriously: the mod is quite stable now, so don't be afraid to join the project.
