Quick question - air attack results in no casualties

will a red circle show up as an attacked hex for the hex that got no casualties when I load my turn?

So for example fighter in Britain attacks garrison unit in Antwerp but causes no losses. When Germany loads turn will they see a red circle over Antwerp showing it was attacked or no?
