Ability to create Bridge

Hey !
I thought it was a good idea to add the ability for units who's got "Clear tile" ability to create bridge on river tile (and so the ability to destroy them). It could add a good strategic choice. :D

Yes indeed. That will be a nice add-on feature in the game.
