Does OOB have a random scenario generator like Panzer Corps 2, or do we have to play the same scens over and over?

No, I think it was planned at some time.
But there are a lot of custom campaigns and scenarios in addition to the offical stuff.

Are the scenarios of the last DLC (Allies Victorious) made to be playable independently of the campaign ?
