FOG Manual Terrain

hello
I have a question about a term. In fog 2 med manual in terrain chapter (16.1 difficulty) i can't translate in italian MOB ...what kind of troop is it? "It disorders Medium Foot, Warriors,bowmen and mob" maybe paesant or irregular foot?

The only Mob currently in the Medieval game is Peasant Levies.

Irregular Foot are Medium Foot.
