Can't finish the game

In my recent/current game with Witan, I opened my turn and on the first move, my opponent charged my Infantry and broke them taking the score to 62 - 48 to him. The game then stopped saying he was victorious despite only one move of his turn being played. In the score screen, I chose to view the battlefield and then it showed me the rest of the turns playing out and the at the end of that viewing the score was 62 - 57. So I clicked to continue but then I get an error message that the turn can not be uploaded to the server.

I never actually had a turn and was just viewing my opponent's turn so I should have to upload it to the sever. The game is finished. Whatever I try and do not I get stuck and it goes back to listing the game as ready for my turn. I'm stuck in a loop that keeps coming back with me losing again and again without being finalized...please stop the torture!

This is propably due to a server bug that we are still trying to track down. It results in the server not allowing the turn to be uploaded on the winning turn after (presumably) a server hiccup.

We are looking to fix the underlying cause, when we can discover it, but cannot fix individual instances.

Was it a tournament game?
