ICBM/detailed earth free pack HELP??????

does anyone know how to get the "detailed earth free pack" to work.. i just got update 1.01.09 but i still can't figure out how to get that "detailed earth free pack" either installed or enabled.. can anyone please help???

As far as I know you don't have to download it. It's already embedded in the update files.
