Cannot launch game on Game Pass

I cannot launch Panzer Corps 2 when using Game Pass on the XBox app, when I click play my mouse wheel spins for a second and then nothing happens. I used to be able to run the game without issue but then one night I was playing and it crashed, after that it never launched again. I have gone through the windows XBox tech support chat and tried everything they suggested but it did not help and they directed me here.

I have tried:
Reinstalling Panzer Corps 2
Reinstalling the XBox App
Running the Windows troubleshooter on the XBox App
Resetting the XBox App
Resetting my Gaming Services
Logging out of and into the Microsoft Store and XBox App
Updating Windows
Updating my drivers
Running DirectX Diagnostics (there were no results but I cannot attach them here because it does not recognize a .txt file type)
The four steps listed on the pinned Tech Support Issues post (however the first two links were dead so I did my best to Google other places to download those files)

Please let me know if there is anything I can do or if there is more information you need. I am running Windows 10.
