Order of Battle Problem

My apologies in advance if this has been covered, if it has, I was unable to find it.

Order of battle screen goes blank after starting. Main menu will not load up in order to play the game. After "Play Order of Battle" button is pressed, the screen goes to a blank screen and the game will not load. I've done several clean installs, but to no avail. Anyone that can help will be much appreciated. Also, patches have been installed unless I missed one. 9.1.4 is the latest I have installed.

This post can be ignored now. I deleted the settings file and it worked.
