Is it easy to move home?

I've lived in this flat in England for 18 years but fancy a move, do I just move to the new place and plug my router into the phone socket to continue getting the internet?
Is it as simple as that?

You have to see if you can have the same type of internet connection. For example, fiber is not yet present everywhere in my country.
