World Champs Round 6 Victory Upload Fail

Once again the win upload in the World Champs has hit, I DIDNOT review the battlefield just click continue and fail

no can I upload the image/screenshot properly either by add file or drag and drop....

PC Ryzen 7, 32 GB Ram, Nvidia RTX3060 card all drivers up to date.....
