How to Retrieve Lost Coupon Code for Redeemed Sliths

I redeemed my 4000 Sliths for a coupon code for Shadow Empire and forgot to copy it to redeem at the store. Now I can't find it again. How do I retrieve the lost code? Any help?

UPDATE: I was able to retrieve the lost coupon code thanks to Slitherine support (thanks Paolo!) by providing them with my Twitch username.
