So ignoring the parts that are specific to CK3, how would people view this type of system for diplomacy and war planning in Empires? Too detailed taking away from the main focus? Difficult to get working in a less character centric system?

The video discusses a war planning system where you sort of get important characters, or in the case of Empires allies and clients, together and sort of has out a plan, discuss who gets what from spoils, what things to target as goals and such.
