Yeah and I suppose if a solar flare or EMP pulse wiped out Slith's game database we'd still have the disk to fall back on because disks are forever..

personnaly i have bought the game on gog.com to have it forever. The files have no DRM and i have juste to copy them on a USB key.

Suppose I wanted to buy a physical disk (eg Panzer Corps 2), would it only be the initial release version?
After installing it, I'd still have to download all the subsequent updates from Slth/Matrix wouldn't I?
