Making a Custom Campaign

I hope you all can stand a very basic question. I have made a couple of scenarios but cannot for the life of me figure out how to link them into a campaign. I saw in a previous post where all I really need is:

1. campaign.json
2. script.lua
3. Put them and scenario folders into this directory: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps 2\Campaigns

That said, I can't find any .json or .lua files. I'm assuming this is due to the fact that I purchased PC2 as a download from Steam. I have all the DLCs but can't find any of these files or folders.

Any pointers on what I need to do?
