Ground Condition question
Do ground conditions, like muddy or snowy, also apply to ground tiles with roads on them?

They do, if you are asking what I think you are asking.
Meaning entering a road hex from a non road hex during mud eats a lot of extra MP.

I believe if you move road to road hex it does not apply. Only affects you in off road hexes.

MUD!… In Russia... there were few if any good roads... in other words... all roads were MUD!.

Not like it's only a historical thing. Modern day Syberia is still quite interesting.

if i select a tile on a snow map, it shows the movement as in non-snow. is there a way to fix this?
