Using the aforementioned spec enables engineer units to clear multiple mine-fields and even some moving therebetween.
It's too "powerful" right now to have been intended like this...

This should only be possible once per turn and not indefinitely as it seems to be the case.
There must be a lot of minefields in your scenario...

The problem is that if there are several adjacent minefields, the engineer can remove several during the same turn
Example : 7 mines removed during the same turn and it’s not over
