Using Slitherine voucher on Steam

Anyone know how to use a Slithering Voucher on Steam please?

I've a discount code from Slitherine from the allies Defiant Beta. I never used it at the time as I'd done the Beta and so left it.

Allies Resurgent allows core import so I thought it would be nice to have the units and specialisations so was going to replay it. But I can't get my Slitherine code to work on Steam.

It's likely also too old but I wanted to try at least.

first use the voucher for the game to get a key on site and imputing the voucher when buying even if you have a 100% off, you still have to use the buy game part, which will take of what ever the voucher has on it, then redeem the key as per guide and use that key on steam

you can't use a voucher from here on steam, it's a unknown item to steam and is for site use only, but we do give out steam keys with any game which bought on site and have steam keys
