Own spoken briefings

What do I do if I want to hear my own spoken briefings in-game? The standard sound file, which is mostly available as mp3 or so, must probably be converted into a UE format and what are the next steps? Is the functionality of the editor ready for this?

I'm not in a position to help but I can tell you that the editor was and is used to put together all of the games scenario/campaign content. So yes ( other than the obvious need for pixel or audio editing, and maybe more sophisticated text editing for Lua) the editor is ready for this.
