I still get the Wurf because its captured or prototype? what about the SIG? does it appear as a proto in 40 or 41?

I don't remember any SIG being handed out but who knows what you would get if you run with industry connections

reward units like the rocket artillery would be unaffected by denied artillery

Wurf is rewarded Prototype, it comes to normal production around the end of 1941. No sIG is awarded, so no.
