Do same units have same costs ?

I think the answer is no but I haven't find any example. So the question is, do equivalent units (same capabilities, quality armour etc ...) have always the same cost depending on the army or does it depends on the army (examples appreciated). Thanks ?

Unit costs are calculated by the points value of their capabilities, as set out in a standard table. Therefore, the army they happen to be in is irrelevant.
