Well, the predictions from Hammy and Si on the Yahoo list were rubbish.....

Scores from round four are (I think)

Dave R 9-11 Terry
Dave Handley 10-10 Dave Fairhurst
Pete Dalby 23-2 Silvio
Nik Gaukroger 24-1 Paul Brandon

Leaving the leaderboard, if my maths are correct...

Dave R 83
Pete D 73
Nik G 72
Terry 65
Dave H 64
Dave F 60

There may be more between those scores that I have missed....

You cost me a beer Ruddock.... I thought that you could crush those silly bow armies ;) (OK you crushed Nik but what went wrong vs Terry or did your dice actually realise that the average score on a six sider is 3.5  )

Impressive result from Nik though.

Assuming your scores are right I will go for round 5 being

Dalby to beat Ruddock
Gaukroger to beat Shaw
As Dave F and Dave H have played I can't predict as I don't know who is playing what.

I would back both Dave's if they are playing colonials though.

Great result Nik G - Owonder if that late practice against my Christian Nubians was any help?

Pete D rising up as predicted and continuing to do so.

The two Dave's gorund themselves to a halt.

Thanks for the beer back Terry.

Could do with the full draw.

Couldn't wager a beer on the Gaukroger/Shaw match. Too close to call. Nik's army is slightly better for that fight I think. I suspect one side will win big - its that king of game.

First game is also very hard to call. Dave is good with his skythians and Pete has really got the Ottomans off pat. Just possible the swarm might win that one.

So go on I'll risk a beer - as you did mistakenly - on Mr Ruddock to win on table 1.

It's all getting so exciting I can hardly wait to get up and read the news!!

It did - terrain meant it was almost a rerun
