love this proto aircraft. you acquire the proto then are able to get more units. by the time I've reached Moscow, my reserve supply is dwindling.. whats the end game with the 109Z? can you acquire more reserves of the hybrid fighter bomber or by the end of 41 its gone? or you might as well use it up because there is no more supply replenishing ? thanks. I assume the HEN Z follows the same path?

You'll get more 109Zs in AO42. I still had ~50 spare ones in addition to the 10 active ones in my unit at the end of AO42, despite using the 109Z in every scenario that I could.

A tip I can give you is if you got a field repair hero you can replenish it without loosing stock equipment. Just park it for a few turns in a save airfield and see how it repairs it self.

Unfortunately, despite what you might expect, Field Repairs only works on Ground Units, not airplanes.

There has been talk with Kerensky about adding in a Hero for Air Units that does the same thing, but not sure what the status is one that.
