The hangar only lets me take out two planes out of five.

All five aircraft had been placed in the hangar in the previous turn. (None of them were reinforced.)And there was one outside waiting to take off. It only lets me take two planes out of the five. This has happened to me other times, I don't know if it's normal. Version 9.0.3.

It's normal...(same for aircraft carriers if I’m not mistaken)

Carriers and airstrips have just a single action point, I believe.
