4th Kanawakajima victory conditions

Post by CharlesdeBatz »

I've just played through this scenario, with 69% Uesegi casualties to 45% Takeda casualties (surprisingly close to the historical casualties for the Uesegi side!). However, prior to losing based on the "percent casualties" victory condition, I had broken the main Takeda line (while delaying their strike force) and eliminated their Honjin (presumably along with Takeda Shingen himself). Interestingly, the "Duel" indicator appeared when my Hatamoto (with Uesegi commanding) engaged the Honjin; however, neither general ultimately fell.

As I subsequently lost, it did seem a little ahistorical/counterintuitive that, with their general killed, the Takeda force was still able to achieve victory. Undoubtedly, if there had been an additional condition for the death of either C-in-C, the Uesegi force would have won.

Is it possible to port over the "Cut off the head" scenario type (possibly by adding victory conditions) to scenarios in SJ?
