The two simple changes that might make playing Eldar less frustrating.

Playing the Eldar gives a lot of satisfaction when executing a perfectly synergized attack, but also might be extremely frustrating because
there is not much space for mistakes. Therefore a careful unit movement is a key to Eldar's strategy and playing Eldar is more skill demanding than
other races.

The first little thing which might help a player to plan movement better might be Farseer Vison power working exactly the same as Orbital Scan for Space Marines (SM). It might cost influence and should come early (1st research tier I suppose) and it is definitely lore-friendly. It will not break the balance of the units and be another ability to consume precious influence (especially costly in the early game). Also, the entire given advantage will be based on the player's skill to utilize the knowledge of enemy placement. If the global ability is too powerful it might be also good to give such power to the Farseer hero itself. The SM and Astra Militarum (AM) have such powers while those are not such important to them.

The second simple change is to replace the technology giving 0 influence costs for Webway travel (tier 10) with a technology allowing Eldar to construct Webway Gates (by the units or global power). The cost removal technology comes very late in the game when there is no many Gates remaining on the map, making it rather worthless. The Webway Gate Construction should be costly, but it will slightly restore the critical Eldar's ability of mobility on the map, to the late game and be far more useful. It might also have a 10 turn cooldown which in the late game is huge and does not allow a player to abuse it (once more a careful use will be required).

Devs please consider those simple changes.
