The correct order to install the files

Hi, I bought Panzer Corps in 2013 or 2014. And I would like to play it again. I downloaded the 1.3 update file.
Does anyone know what is the correct order of the installation of files below.

I installed the "PanzerCorpsWehrmacht-SetupRelease-v100.exe" then "PanzerCorps_GrandCampaign_MegaPack_39-45.exe" and it wants me to update the game to 1.14.
Should I update the core game this to 1.14 or should I first make an update to 1.30?
I saw that there are updates for Grand Campaign, Afrika Corps and Allied Corps on the internet (like it is for core 1.3). But they are not available for download.

Buy a Panzer Corps game or buy a license for Panzer Corps game? Because I already have licenses - for core and addons.
I know, though, what you mean. And I thank you for the suggestion.
But I do not like being charged for the same thing twice.
