for the first time after Warsaw

during the battle when my S35, Matilda 1, Char 1 got reduced, I went to supply hexes during the campaign and switched them out for German Tanks for unlimited supply. when I've done this before, the changed out tanks have been in my inventory for the following battle. this time they are all gone? also I finished Warsaw in 30 turns but wasn't either offered or find the Russian Bomber? any ideas? thanks

Was it auxiliary troops? You will lose the equipment of auxiliary if you give them captured/prototype stock even if you switch them out.
